In the state of New York, customers have the right to pause their membership/subscription. This policy is only valid for requests coming out of the state of New York and we will not place an account on hold for any other reasons.

If you are in the State of New York, we would be happy to assist you with pausing your current membership. Please contact our Customer Care team  with the amount of time you wish your account to be paused and we will update your account.

Please note, if you still have payments due, pausing your membership will not change your current scheduled payments.
